– only 20 to 30 minutes twice a day is required (within an hour or two of sunrise and sunset)

– take it easy; no straining; keep to the routine outlined below and in time 'good enough' will unfold into excellence

- devotion to Mother Divine will develop naturally

practice 1 minute or so

STEP 2 – Breathe into the Heart

practice 1 minute or so

During simple, basic pranayama, bring your awareness to the heart; or, simply deep-breathe into the heart for a minute or two; or try this 1- Minute Breathing Exercise.

Research has shown that deep breathing is brain-detoxifying.

Keep this breathing exercise simple, heart-centric and sustainable.

STEP 3 – Default Meditation (silent practice)

Nondirective 'Let Go' Meditation for Everyone

Activating the Brain's Default Mode Network (DMN)

Nonreligious but Ideal as a Platform for More Effective Prayer and Recitation

Sit Still - Eyes Closed - Self Referential

Easy to Learn. Simple to Practice.

STEP 4 – Gayatri Mantra (silent practice)

  • while inwardly settled with eyes closed
  • silently recite or silently sing the Gayatri Mantra to Mother Divine or your own personal "who" of God. (1, 3, 9, or 27 times - as you wish)
  • recite or sing in a natural, unforced way – not as a rote performance
  • be aware that there is a silent gap between each of the 24 syllables
  • it is not necessary to use a large quantity of words in order to be heard

"If you silently recite or silently sing the Gayatri Mantra, from the inwardly settled stillness of meditation, Mother Divine will say one thing to you every time: – 'I love you'. Whether you hear or not She will express this and in time you will come to hear. So you can surely say 'I love you' in return." – Aaron of Jesus

Learn the Gayatri Mantra

NOTE: The word 'Hindu' is used in this 'Learn the Gayatri Mantra' video but the Gayatri Mantra is universal and not exclusive to Hinduism. The 'Gayatri Mantra' is a Vedic expression (Rigveda Mandala 3.62.10).

Vedic expressions are the eternal expressions of the mechanics of Nature itself. They are absolute, non-changing expressions of Nature. It is said that the Vedic Rishi Vishvamitra was the AUTHOR of Rigveda Mandala 3 and, therefore the author of Gayatri Mantra but this is incorrect. Vishvamitra COGNIZED Mandala 3 of Rigveda but Nature itself is the author of Rigveda, Mandala 3 and the Gayatri Mantra.

Anyone can purify, normalize and refine the function of the human nervous system to such a degree that the eternal, uncreated Veda can be "heard" within the deep, transcendental silence of consciousness. This capability is actually the birthright of all human beings and reflects our highest ideal – of humanity changing into divinity. The Gayatri Mantra is therefore Vedic and Vedic Science and the Science of Natural Law itself, and not associated exclusively with any particular religion or wisdom tradition.

Although uncreated, Vedic expressions do have an orderly flow and sequential unfoldment (with grammar & meter) that has been translated into the Sanskrit language. The Sanskrit language is a human creation.

We All Have A Knot

(see section below)

"You and the Mother Are One"

She will teach. You will learn.

It is Her Maya-Shakti. It is Her Brahman.

1-19. The Devî said :-- "O Girirâja! This whole universe, moving and unmoving, is created by My Maya Shakti. This Maya is conceived in Me. It is not, in reality, different or separate from Me. So I am the only Chit, Intelligence. There is no other intelligence than Me. Viewed practically, it is known variously as Maya Vidya; but viewed from the point of Brahman, there is no such thing as Maya; only one Brahman exists, I am that Brahman, of the nature of Intelligence."

Thirty-third Chapter of the Seventh Book on Self-realization, spoken by the World Mother in the Mahapurana Shrimad Devi Bhagavatam, of 18,000 verses, by Maharishi Veda Vyasa

We All Have A Knot
